At BagnBags.pk, we take pride in carefully checking each product before it leaves our store. But if, by chance, you receive a damaged or faulty item, don’t worry! You can request a return or exchange by reaching out to our friendly customer care team at 03-111-66-99-77.

Who Can Request a Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 5–7 days of receiving your order.

Requests after 7 days unfortunately cannot be accepted.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Returning Your Item

It’s important to send the product back safely to avoid any damage during transit.

If the returned item arrives damaged, we’ll send it back to you, and we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange.


Refund Policy

Refunds cover only the product value.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Processing

Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

How you’ll get your refund: We can issue it via bank transfer, or if you prefer, we can provide a store voucher code.
